  • 50% of the balance is payable 30 days preceding the start of the rental.
  • If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the cost is required.
  • A security deposit of 500$ is required at the time of reservation. 4 nights minimum.

Payment

Depending on the property, payment may be made by bank transfer or by credit card.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing and addressed to the rental agency.

If notice of cancellation is received before fourteen (14) days before the date of the beginning of the rental, any sums previously collected will be returned.

If notice of cancellation is given less than fourteen (14) days before the start of the rental, all sums previously collected will be retained by the lessor for damages. If the customer does not appear on the rental starting date or decides to leave before the intended departure date, any sums previously collected will be retained by the lessor, except for the security deposit which will be returned.
