Three-bedroom penthouses on two floors offering infinite views for your romantic stays, with family or friends. Living room with high ceiling to receive and relax and two terraces, one with views of Lake St. John.

Each penthouse offers you a suite with king bed and powder room on the mezzanine, a bedroom with king bed and lake view and a queen bedroom on the first floor separated by a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue and heated floors in all rooms. It also gives you access to the beach, spas and snowmobile trails.

  • 50% of the rental cost is required on reservation.
  • 50% of the total cost is payable 30 days preceding the start of the rental. 
  • 100% of the total cost must be paid when the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental.
  • Minimum 2 nights.
  • A security deposit of 500$ for damages is required in order to proceed with the reservation.

All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to the rental agency.

If the cancellation notice is received before a 30 day-period before the start of the rental, the initial deposit will be retained by the lessor for damages. The security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded in full.

If the cancellation is received less than 30 days preceding the start of the rental, any sums received by the lessor will be retained in full except for the security deposit which will be returned.
